Aimee Q is fantastic!
I've used a couple of other real estate agents in the past and have
never before worked with someone who put as much time, attention,
research, and resources into real estate transactions as Aimee did.
Aimee was very patient with me throughout the entire process of selling
my townhome and buying a new home, and she went out of her way to help
me understand the "whys" behind her recommendations on pricing, offers, etc. In retrospect, it seems crazy that not all realtors share her
philosophies because her attention to the details makes the client much
more comfortable making some very big decisions!
Aimee also understands the value of good marketing. I'm convinced that
the beautiful still photos and panoramic pictures she had taken of my
townhome and posted online helped me sell in record time (one week!).
Funnily enough, my ex-neighbor actually asked Aimee how she sold my home
so quickly (two others on my block had been on the market for months).
My opinion is that Aimee's marketing strategies make all the difference.
Aimee is incredible at her job and I highly recommend her to anyone
looking for an honest, patient, conscientious, and motivated real estate
agent.
