Aimee had a double duty with us. First, to sell our old house and then to help us find that special new house. She did excellent job on marketing and pricing of our old house and this help us to sell the house quickly. As hang-ups often occur in buying or selling a house, rest assured that Aimee Q goes above and beyond the call of duty in getting her closings to happen. We experienced a difficult underwriter with our lender’s investor, who placed a tough, eleventh hour condition on our close the day before it was supposed to happen. In essence, the underwriter forced the seller of our new house to have dirt embanked up the back and sides of the house. This ordinarily would have caused several days of delay to our closing, as it was a significant amount of work. However, Aimee Q had a crew of a half-dozen guys out working on the house at 7AM the next day, and the inspection passed later that afternoon – a move that really impressed us. My wife and I recently decided to begin investing in real estate.
